I liked the donuts from here. Ordered a few times. Also tried the vegan ones (wish there was a bigger choice of vegan ones). These donuts are not wet from the oil, so it’s pretty nice. Maybe they sometimes have quite a lot of sugar and I would prefer to have less of it. But regardless, a lovely place. You can buy a box of donuts and pick whatever you want there (try one with pop corn toping, it’s delicious)

The donuts look like they were decorated by a toddler. The taste is the same as everywhere else. 2,5+€ for some dough with sugar is quite high though

Wanted to try Dunkin Donuts for first time. I'm not impresed. They are too sweet for my taste, but staff was friendly and there was plenty of room to sit down.

Just bought orange Oreo donut with Dunkin coffee combo at Hbf, 2.99 eur, first, I've been told it's 3.99 instead, after I asked why, he said oh, 2.99, second - very unfriendly salesman (he just been friendly and smiley to previous couple, and suddenly changed his attitude on dry to me as a customer (have no guess, why, I've been friendly). Third, donut was not at all tasty, can say it's not freshly maid, half dry already, and I didn't taste any orange in orange donut.

Awful service, I went there on the 15th of November, around 4pm and the 2 staff there made me feel very uncomfortable. I ordered 2 vegan doughnuts and there were super rude, apparently it was very funny for them and both were laughing and saying things in their language. It was very clear I was the one they we’re making funny with, made me super uncomfortable that I actually wanted to throw the doughnuts in the bin, for a second a thought about coming back for a refund, it was my first time trying Dunkin’s but honestly it ruined my day, I’ve seen loads of complaints about this shop and if I knew this I wouldn’t even bother. Very disappointed.

If you wanna get some real good donuts, that’s your place. The Hauptbahnhof branch. Other branches, usually don’t have a good variety. The Nutella swirl is amazing !
