Helpful customer service. I was looking for a control remote and the guy who attended me was very kind and resolved my questions very gently. The store is not as a big as a regular one but it has very good options for the most needed electronic gadgets.

Small store, limited range of stock and choice. Staff not very friendly to non nationals and often you're passed on to somebody else to be their problem. Avoid unless you're desperate.

Very bad customer service at this Media Markt store. I went in to buy a case for my phone, the label showed a price of 35 euro's, when I arrived at the register it scanned for 45 euro's. When I addressed this to the woman behind the register she simply lifted her shoulders. I repeated my question and she did the same thing so I asked to speak to someone who could resolve this, as the entire rack of that specific case was priced at 35 euro's it clearly wasn't a mistake and I felt I had the right to buy this case at the price displayed in the store, the 'manager' did not agree and was very rude to me. He wasn't really bothered by the whole thing and basically told me not to buy it. I would not go here again.

Was very handy when I needed some new headphones, good range, opening hours were good and service and quick and efficient. No problems at all!

Media markt is situated in the heart of Berlin in Central Station.Great collection of gadgets are available under one roof.The place is usually crowded.This markt is situated in the central city of Berlin.Anyone can reach here at anytime because of good connection of trains.Media markt is open from Monday to Friday between 10AM-9PM u0026 on Saturday from 10AM-8PM u0026 on Sunday from 11PM-8PM.

Not the greatest selection or cheapest prices, but open until 9pm and all sorts of essentials (for example phones, phone chargers, hairdryers) are on offer. The shop is accessible step free and the aisles are just about wide enough for most wheelchair users. A useful place in a central station.

No customer service whatsoever. The actual price was 10€ more than it said on the price tag, when mentioned, the cashier's reply was just "hmm". Most of the items were in the wrong rack.
