I’m in love with this place. It has nice sandwiches, humus, bowls and sweets. Staff speaks English, they accept cards. Also there is always a stand with apples and bananas. Nice addition.
You can grab there wooden cutlery, whatever amount you need for your meal of napkins, sugar, salt, etc.
Also, so far all I tried is pretty decent. Coffee isn’t the best, but on the other hand it’s not 10 eur for a cup.

Okay place and good location, but matcha was absolutely disgusting, tasted as if plastic had leached into it. Also they had a selection of fruits, but half were bruised and damaged.

Usually going there before I take the train. I know the chain from the uk and always loved them there so I was exited to see there is one in berlin. Always fresh sandwiches and salads and the staff is very friendly. I keep returning. It may be a bit more pricy but I don't really mind :)

Finally I have found a place where one can get tasty, healthy and not expensive lunch sandwiches and salads as well as pastries almost non existing around Berlin. Hopefully there will be more cafes from this chain across Berlin soon! Price-quality-taste ration is on top ????????????

Update: they raised prices so rating is lower now.

I wished they would have more stores in Berlin or Germany. The quality of the food is excellent, but it’s a little bit on the expensive side. The coffee is great especially the mocca. Plus everything is fair trade, so I’m ok with the markup.
A little con is, that the variety of the products is way higher in London or NYC. But I would guess more stores on Germany would help with that issue as well. So, lets hope there will be more in the future.

I’ve been waiting for the hot snacks to be back during the whole pandemic but the falafel wrap went from 10/10 to 3/10-they changed the ingredients and use a falafel that tastes like tofu and chews like sponge.
Gravely disappointed Pret. Bring back the quality wrap!

Unfriendly welcome as staff mixed up difference between 3G and 2G+; also coffees were poor in quality and wrap was baked into cardboard cover: overall the worst coffeeshop experience for years.
