5 Diem Won - a week ago
My company had a business reception yesterday afternoon at the ALICE Rooftop. Everything went so well at the party, everyone was really happy and especially my boss was very pleased. People seemed to enjoy it that much that they didn’t want to leave regardless of getting hungry because it was dinnertime! Thanks to Ina, Ramin and Matias and the rest of the team it was a success!
Before event:
In preparation of the event, I was able to have a lot of communication with Ina, for all my questions she was quick and very professional. I felt like she was very capable of everything we needed for the reception and she made things very easy for me!
During event:
Ramin and Matias made sure that all the discussed details were ok. Flowers, ambiance, table setting, technician, hostesses, cloakroom, security. Both Ramin and Matias were visible and if I had questions they were very flexible and quick to act. It was perfect!
After event:
When the reception was finished, the hostesses and Matias even helped me with cleaning out my banners etc. and take it to the taxi for me. After a long day the help was very appreciated.
I am a very organized person myself, so working with Ina was a dream. The end result I was very happy with and our customers and colleagues all seem to enjoy the location and ambiance.
I will be very happy to make use of their service again!
