To go to this parking is required level B2 of german language proficiency.
It's a trap. Don't go.
Price sign is very confusing. apparently it is not 13€ from 0h (by the sign i guessed when you enter) up to 24h. Entered 17pm and left 11am next day. Stayed less than 24h and they made me pay for two days.
Ive asked for help from Attendant in the phone machine and he was very rude saying it's perfectly written in german how the parking works and it was my problem that the lack of german language knowledge made the sign not to be correctly interpreted or not clear.
The amazing part is that a german person intervened trying to help and spoke with him also saying that even in german the price sign isn't clear and it is really confusing. He got silent and right after he blamed the city by changing the parking rules few weeks ago.

Hallo Kunden Service Center. Auf Eure Frage warum nur 3 Sterne versuche ich mal eine Antwort… Ich parke seit 12 Monaten täglich hier. Bis auf den attraktiven Preis, bietet dieses Parkhaus nicht wirklich eine behagliche Atmosphäre…. Überflutete Ebenen, tropfende Rohre von den Decken, abblättern von Farbe von den Decken (dies hinterlässt teilweise Flecken auf dem Lack, kackende Tauben die im Parkhaus leben/nisten, zugewachsene Oberlichter wo kein Tageslicht mehr eindringt… die Liste ließe sich ewig fortführen bis hin zu ständigen Defekten an Schranken /Automaten oder das Türen sich nicht mit der P-Card öffnen lassen um zum Auto zu kommen… hier ein paar Eindrücke wenn Sie als Kunde das Parkhaus verlassen oder betreten wollen….

War vorhin über das Fitnessstudio in diesem Parkhaus und hatte eine defekte Karte, durch das wieder rein und herauslaufen wurden die 2 Stunden um 5 Minuten überzogen und die Frau am Schalter wollte mir die Schranke nicht aufmachen. Die wollte unbedingt das ich drauf zahle statt einfach mal den Knopf zu drücken. So engstirnig, fängt dann auch noch an mich anzuschreien.. Also wirklich, so eine unprofessionalität und unemphatisch. Ich hoffe, dass sie den Job nicht mehr lange macht! Musste dann 2 Euro für dann inzwischen 10 min drauf zahlen und dies auch erst nach diskutieren, weil mir erst 4 Euro abgezogen werden wollten. Total unverständlich für mich! War ja ursprünglich pünktlich und sehen die das nicht über die Kameras sogar auch?!...

Ich hatte mein Auto für eine Woche geparkt kam dann nicht mehr raus, habe dann ausversehen 3. Wochen Tickets gekauft, für 210 Euro auf die ich heute noch warte. Service konnte mir nicht helfen sagte nur Email schreiben. Email 3 mal gesendet keine Antwort. Das war das teuerste Parken in meinem Leben!!?
