Bislang war ich sehr zufrieden, aber die eine Dame mit den kurzen dunkelblonden Haaren ist sowas von unfreundlich und unmöglich!

Ich wusste nicht, dass man Pakete (angeblich) nur bis 22 Uhr abholen kann. Bin dann gegen 22:30 eingetrudelt und wollte mein Paket abholen. Es ist schon schlimm genug, dass sie unfreundlich und desinteressiert ist, hinzu kommt, dass die gute Dame noch ganz frech meinte „dauert aber“.
Nach 20 Minuten musste ich regelrecht laut reden und auf mich aufmerksam machen, damit mein Paket vom Lager geholt wird.
Sie bediente alle Kunden die für das Tanken oder für Snacks da waren, war sich aber zu schade ins Lager zu gehen und das Paket zu holen.
Ihre freche Ausrede war, dass jetzt viel los wäre und sie doch so lange suchen müsse, um das Paket zu finden. Da hätte sie keine Zeit zu.

Lieber von Anfang an sagen, dass man keine Pakete bearbeitet, anstatt Kunden ewig warten zu lassen.

Schade um die Mitarbeiter, die alle sehr nett und freundlich sind.
