Nichtmal das man die Chance hätte es selbst zu tun. Im Gespräch meinte der nette Herr, dass man sich ja seine eigene Kugel mitbringen könnte, genauso wie sein eigenes Desinfektionsmittel. Finde ich ehrlich gesagt schwach, keine Möglichkeit zur Desinfektion bereit zu stellen, wenn man sich die Kugeln mit anderen Menschen teilt.

Da wohnt man schon so lange in Wuppertal und war nie in der Location ???? Nun denn, jetzt war es halt mal so weit und ich wurde in keiner Weise enttäuscht. Die Location an Sich kann man nur als Geschmackvoll empfinden. Industrielle Design Elemente auf Grund der Geschichte des Gebäudes und dalles hat etwas leicht, ganz leicht von Steampunk. Wobei Bar und Restaurant in einem etwas moderneren Design gehalten sind, so das es ein wirklich stimmiger Mix geworden ist ????????
Die Preise an der Bar sind noch vertretbar aber in der momentanen Situation "da draussen" findet man ja spätestens in DEM Bereich immer was zu meckern, was aber der Bar jetzt nicht negativ anzulasten ist!!! Das Bier ist kühl, die Cocktails frisch und kalt und die Softdrinks sind keineswegs durch zu viel Eis verwässert ???????? Selbst an die Raucher/Dämpfer hat man gedacht mit einem eigenen Bereich im, nennen wir es Mal Atrium und der ist mit Stehtischen und Hockern als auch mit Bistrotische und Stühle gut ausgestattet ???????? Am Rande Mal ne Bemerkungen ans Personal ... Ruhig öfter Mal die Aschenbecher leeren ???? und nicht die Gäste es machen lassen ????
Wenn man dann im sehr angenehme eingerichteten Restaurant ankommt, wird man zugleich vom sehr freundlich Personal Empfang und zum Tisch geleitet und man wird NICHT gleich überfallen mit der Bestellfrage, sondern kann erst Mal "ankommen" ????????
Auch hier, wenn man dann bestellt hat hat, die Drinks kommen dann zügig und frisch als auch kalt und lange Wartezeit gibt es auch nicht beim Essen. Je voller um so, unwesentlich, länger dauert es hier und da aber dürfte ja wohl klar sein und ist keines Falls ein Manko!!!

Ganz einfach ... die Speisekarte enthält eine sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten ohne das man überfordert wäre, womit man aber wohl, erst mal, überfordert ist, ist die Tatsache das man, wenn man das Restaurant noch nicht kennt, recht verzweifelt die Preise sucht auf der Speisekarte ???? Also ehrlich liebe Geschäftsführung, wer kommt denn auf SO eine bescheuerte Idee, die Bepreisung kleiner als Font Grösse 6 neben den Speisenamen drucken zu lassen und DANN noch OHNE Währungszeichen?! ???????????????????????? SO teuer ist es bei euch doch gar nicht?! ???? Also DA besteht, nicht nur meiner Meinung nach, ganz dringend Handlungsbedarf ☝????☝????☝????
Das Essen, wie man sieht (Fotos) ist sehr lecker, zumindest für meine Geschmacksnerven, die Süßkartoffel Pommes waren SUPER auf den Punkt zubereitet und lecker Cross, Fett was man von der klassischen Pommes kennt, sucht man vergeblich ☝???????????? und die Portion selbst ist wirklich Gut ???????? Was übrigens dann auch für meine Chili Chees Fries gilt. Super Gewürzt und sehr lecker und die Menge war ebenfalls überraschend Gross ????????
Die anderen Gäste unserer Runde waren eben falls sehr zufrieden, außer das dem Koch doch mal bitte jemand über die Schulter schaut und ihn entlastet, dann wird's auch was mit Medium Steak ???? Denn bei dem Preis, hätte man schon gerne was man auch bestellt aber der Kollege hat es trotzdem gegessen, was ja nu jetzt nicht schlecht ist ????????????
Die Bowling Bahn war technisch TOP und mit lustigen Spielen versehen. der Platz ausreichend, die Schuhe sauer und desinfiziert, Kugeln ebenfalls ausreichend aber nur EIN Kellner? Da hat schon mal lange gedauert mit den Drinks, kein Wunder aber trotz dem Stress den der arme Kerl hatte, war er immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich zu jedem Zeitpunkt ????????????????????????

Wir wollten (wie immer) ein CL-Spiel ansehen, inkl. Essen und Getränke. Es ist definitiv das letzte Mal gewesen, das wir das gemacht haben.
Die Bedienung haben wir nach 30 Minuten mal auf Getränke angesprochen (fühlte sich dann auch noch auf den Schlips getreten). Küche war geschlossen (bei der Reservierung kein Hinweis darauf). Wir saßen an eine Platz ohne Ton (nur ein Geräusch aus dem Hintergrund, was nicht verständlich war).
Das Bild viel öfters aus (was sich in der letzten Zeit sehr häufig zeigte).
Alles in Allem werden wir diese Lokalität meiden und auch nicht mehr empfehlen. Es waren schöne Jahre, aber anscheinend hat man das Interesse an Kunden verloren. Schade.

Dieser eine Stern ist noch zu viel.

Wir haben einen Kindergeburtstag gebucht, eine halbe Stunde später als gebucht konnten wir zu unseren Bahnen.
Service überfordert und inkompetent.

Die Bahnen wurden dann auch eine halbe Stunde zu früh wieder aus gemacht, die Kinder mussten über eine Stunde auf ihr Essen warten.

Danke für einen schrecklichen Kindergeburtstag! Nie wieder und wird auch bei keinem weiterempfohlen.
