Zeit für ein persönliches Wort nimmt sich der Gastronom und Spitzenkoch nach getaner Arbeit auch für seine Gäste. Seine Frau hat den Service sicher, routiniert und mit viel Freude, die man als Gast spürt, im Griff. Hinzu kommt das Ambiente, so hat man die Möglichkeit auch gut als Single an der Bar oder am Weinfass essen zu können, ohne sich einsam fühlen zu müssen, oder eine gemütliche Wohnzimmeratmosphäre mit Freunden in einer separaten Ecke zu wählen, oder den eigentlichen Restaurantbereich. Es gibt auch einen ansprechenden Innenhof. Ganz großartig finde ich auch, dass jeder durch eine Glasscheibe einen Blick in die Küche werfen kann, hier muss man nichts verbergen. Wir haben in der Brokat Bar einen schönen Abend verbracht. Die Maispoularde war zum Niederknien und die Weine ein Gedicht. Unsere Fragen wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet.
Es gibt extrem gemütliche Ecken wie die „rote Lounge“ am Eingang und weniger gemütliche, hier wäre etwas Stuck etc. hilfreich. Das Gestühl ist so mittel bequem. Mehr kleine statt weniger großer Tische wären imho vorteilhafter.
