New equipment, friendly staff, keeps expanding, always clean and the experience is unmatched in the region. Not the cheapest gym around, but you will certainly get what you pay for, which is everything you could want and need from a gym.

I am quitting this unprofessional, unfriendly, menacing gym. I am a foreigner who lived in Germany last year, joined on a month by month basis for one or 2 months (because of my travels), and left Germany. After almost a year, I am back in Germany, and I went to re-join to this gym, this time for a 12 month period because I will live here permanently and I signed up without any problems, paid firsts month and re-sign-up fee (THEFT!!). 5 minutes ago, I received a call from this very rude and menacing woman from gym Sport-Park Elberfeld informing me that she is canceling my (new) membership because I owe them a lot of money since last year and that she is sending me to their lawyers. Bad call Sport-Park Elberfeld, I am not interested in ever training at your gym again, and I will make sure to post everywhere I can the 1 star you deserve. This is NOT how you treat a loyal -infrequent client. I will be waiting for the call from your lawyers cowboy lady.

Great variation in terms of equipment. Too few of some things, like squat racks for example. Slightly crowded in the dressing room around peak hours.
