Perfect if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two. Rooms are small but clean, nothing fancy. Breakfast is also quite basic. Located 3 subway stations and a 5 minute walk away from the main station, so easy to get anywhere with public transport.

Not great, but can be OK, depending on your preferences. Sauna was closed due to covid (understandable, but not mentioned on their booking.com profile), the advertised minibar was not there, the room was cold (about 14 degrees Celsius) and there was no heating. The girl at the reception was friendly and the bathroom was clean. Late checkout was not possible, checkout is always at 11:00. If you don't have a problem sleeping in a cold room, this hotel is fine for staying 1 night, but for a tiny basic room (8m2), it's heavily overpriced (73 euros incl. breakfast), should rather be 45-50 euros. All in all, I would not recommend it.

The place is nice and clean. The rooms are pretty spacious and bright.
Ours was the corner one and it had huge windows with nice views.
The position is great, within walking distance there's a big mall and a tram stop.
You can walk to the city center without much trouble.
The one thing that we didn't like was the fact that the doors are not soundproof. You can hear the people that yell in the corridors and in the neighboring rooms. We had very noisy neighbors and that surely ruined our sleep.

Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Infrastructure needs some repairs though, a few things either broken or not working. Despite this hotel 21 is my hotel of choice in Stuttgart because the staff make the hotel.

The hotel does not deserve even a one star. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children (1 baby) and the baby cot and kids bed was not ready yet when we checked in (18:00). The room did not have a fridge even if it was supposed to. Luckily it was only for an overnight stay. Definitely would not recommend it or stay there again.

Great hotel really friendly staff. A bit out of the city but tram just down the road. Went fo football in Hoffenheim but there just happened to be a beer festival on in Stuttgart. Absolutely fantastic place.

Friendly reception staff, room was bright and clean. Huge shower with plenty of hot water! No air conditioning, though. Wasn't a problem on the day I stayed but if you suffer with the heart you may want to check.
