One of the best kfc outlets in Stuttgart. It is in the milaneo shopping centre. Here we can enjoy the real tasty kfc. Very friendly staffs.

Waited for an hour for our food but the service staff was very unfriendly when we asked for our food. After handing us our food, she took our receipt and immediately threw it away without asking. We went back to ask if they could find it as we wanted to scan the code on the receipt and provide feedback, but she just waved us away, said there was no mistake with our order (saying was not even our question??).
Another staff then intervened and told us we have to accept the long waiting time ( even an hour :) ) and hence there is nothing that can be done.

TLDR: None of the customers who were affected by the extremely long delay were compensated, and the staff handled the situation horribly.

The slowest kfc in history, nobody is doing anything just accumulating orders, so sloooow cmon guys you can do better

you have to know how to resist the stress to work in places like this and unfortunately the staff lacks kindness, and most of the times they get the sauces wrong and don't deliver everything you ordered, a tip check everything well. and if they are rude, just give them a smile

You can order, maybe take a walk, go shopping, take a nap, go home and then come back and your food still won’t be ready. Minimum waiting time of 1 hour.

Food is decent, but there are not enough staff for the traffic, causing food to take a long time.
