Dank die sehr professionelle und erfahrene Physiotheurapeuten bei NeoNorth, kann ich nach einem sehr schweren Unfall wieder richtig laufen. Die Übungen und Behandlung ist personalisiert und wesentlich besser als das, was man in anderen Praxen in Stuttgart bekommt. Fragen werden sofort beanwortet, Termine fangen immer pünktlich an, und die Mitarbeiter gehen darüber hinaus, in irgendeiner Weise zu helfen. Das beste, was man von Physiotherapie erwarten kann!

If you are looking for physical therapy or rehabilitation in Stuttgart -look no further. As I was heavily injured in the fall of 2021, I was looking for a physical therapist as soon as possible. While other offices had waiting times of weeks or months, or required endless amounts of paperwork, I was able to get an appointment at Neonorth for the very next week on the same day I called them. They have been incredibly flexible about working with my very busy schedule, and are always available and happy to answer questions.

The physiotherapists at NeoNorth worked very closely with me to develop and implement an aggressive and detailed recovery plan, and were always willing to adapt and listen as conditions required. The team at NeoNorth is smaller, and therefore much more attentive to the needs of individual patients. Whether massage, training, movement, or physical equipment, they have been able to provide me with a variety of services, and more importantly, a holistic, wrap-around approach to my recovery.

I would recommend these services to anyone looking for assistance with hand, foot, limb, neck or back injuries. I myself have serious limitations with both upper and lower limbs, and a serious injury from 2021. The progress I have been able to make while at NeoNorth have been remarkable, even in comparison with various physiotherapy and recovery programs that I had been in previously.

I'm sure the above description might sound effusive and unrealistic, but I cannot stress enough how unique this place has been. If, like me, you are utterly exasperated at the long waiting times for many health specialists (particularly in Stuttgart!), the over-formality, lack of response and bureaucracy that seem to bedevil virtually all medical offices in Germany, and the frequent indifference, timidity or brusqueness that medical professionals in Germany display all too often -this place could NOT be more different.

NeoNorth is an oasis of kindness, efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism in this regard. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Stuttgart for for physical rehabilitation, and I can't recommend NeoNorth and its exceptional team highly enough.
