2. das Personal: Die behandeln mich als ob ich, als Kunde, sie störe. Oder bekommen die einen Akkordzuschlag bei vielen abgefertigten Bestellungen? Man kann nicht mal etwas fragen, ohne eine normale Antwort zu bekommen. Ich will nicht mal eine vorgespielte übertrieben freundliche Antwort. Einfach nur einen normalen Umgangston! Die wollen einfach alles rein klatschen und weiter.
Da die Soße ausschließlich mit Knoblauch angeboten wird (weiterer Kritikpunkt!), wollte ich nur wenig davon und noch etwas von der scharfen Soße.
Entweder juckt es die nicht und denken "halt die Fresse und iss was auf den Tisch kommt", oder sie wissen nicht was wenig/etwas bedeutet.

Am liebsten hätte ich den Döner dem Typ direkt in sein Gesicht geworfen!
