This is my local gym and it is great. The location, the staff and the facilities. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. A like that there is a diverse range of members, ethnicity, age, gender and the membership fee is fair. Most of all I have achieved my fitness and weight goals within one year of becoming a member!

The location in Stuttgart West and the inner layout of the studio are perfect. Why 1 star rating? When a machine breaks or a cable snaps it can stand broken for anytime period between 3 and 10 months to fix. Right now there are 2 out of 8 cycling bikes operational and countless machines with “out of order” signs posted on them. Slowly gathering dust. I have emailed the head office and left front desk complaints. No difference. For 60-70€ a month. Honestly not worth it. Never mind the stench created by the lack of air filtering or climate control left after a class in the studio. Are the problems reported by staff? Does the maintenance staff exist? Who knows. All I know is that a few bikes require a new screen battery or in terms of a machine, a new cable. You cannot run on reputation alone. Oh wait, you can run on members paying a lot for very little “membership” benefits. Oh but they do have free water and music. 1 star.

I still can’t believe that there’s such a kind of gym which control how member should wear. Yes. Heldenhalle do control. For those who prefer wearing tank top like Sleeveless gym wear or something, you are absolutely not welcome to this gym because it’s FORBIDDEN. So keep that in your mind before signing on contract

ich war 1 Jahr in der Heldenhalle angemeldet, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist gut. Nachdem ich aber gekündigt hatte wurde mir ein Monatsbeitrag + Einmalzahlung zu viel abgezogen.. Diesen Betrag versuche ich nun schon seit Anfang November wieder zu bekommen - vergeblich! 4 Anrufe und 2 mal persönlich im Studio erschienen und nichts ist bis heute passiert, mir wurde schon 4 mal versprochen das Geld zu überweisen!! Nun muss ich leider meine Rechtsschutzversicherung aktivieren. Bei der Akquise von Kunden sind sie super, telefonieren hinterher wenn man nicht gleich einen Vertrag abschließt, aber sobald man mal was von denen möchte hat man ein Problem. Ich kann von dem Fitness Studio nur abraten!!
