I would like to give extra praise to the catering team for the quality and selection of the food, and for ensuring that I always got a pretzel roll for Xels and honey in the morning!! The room was very spacious and very bright due to the large window element and a view of a wall designed in a soft blue tone and through the window into the large green inner courtyard. Nice atmosphere. The only downside: I find access to the WLAN to be too expensive. That should be part of the standard service these days.

Sehr schöne Klinik mit sehr freundlichem und hilfbereiten Personal in allen Bereichen, die ich durchlaufen habe. Meine OP verlief komplikationslos und exakt, wie im Vorfeld besprochen. Die anschließende Kommunikation mit dem Ärzteteam ließ keine Fragen offen, es wurde alles sehr genau besprochen. Das gesamte Pflege- und Betreuungsteam leistet eine tolle Arbeit, ich habe mich stets in besten Händen wohl gebettet gefühlt. Ein Extralob möchte ich dem Team von der Verpflegung für die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen aussprechen, und das dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich morgens immer ein Laugenweckle fürs Xels und den Honig bekommen habe!! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und durch das große Fensterelement sehr hell und man blickt auf eine in weichem Blauton gestaltete Wand und durchs Fenster in den großen grünen Innenhof. Schöne Atmosphäre. Einziger Wermutstrofen: Den Zugang zum WLAN empfinde ich als zu teuer. Das sollte doch heutzutage zum Standardservice gehören.

I had my surgery on Monday morning. Check in early, move, go to the operating room, anesthesia, get up 2 hours later. And what should I say. It worked great and I was allowed out 2 days later.

All of the employees I dealt with were super nice and competent.

Ich hatte einen Bandscheibenvorfall. Der Arzt mit WSZ hat mir auf eine sehr Gute und eindringlich genug gesagt das ich nicht um eine OP rum komme und diese kurzfristig angesetzt werden muss. Das war jetzt zwar nicht was ich hören wollte aber o.K.. Ich hatte von Anfang an vertrauen in ihn.
Er hat dann sofort und unbürokratisch die Aufnahme angefangen zu organisieren. Die war naturgemäß dann nicht mehr so unbürokratisch und ich bin 4 Stunden durch Krankenhaus geschickt worden. Bei den verschieden Stationen wurde ich aber umfassend Informiert usw. von dem her passt das schon.

Montag früh hatte ich meinen OP. Früh einchecken, umziehen, ab in den OP, Narkose, 2 Stunden später aufstehen. Und was soll ich sagen. Es hat super funktioniert und ich durfte 2 Tage später wieder raus.

Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren super nett und kompetent.
