Orthopädie/Schulterchirurgie staff are very unrespectful, even having an appointment has to wait long hours. This is not logical and correct at all. They are very chaotic. I recommend that you do not refer to this section as much as possible.

Very good experience with this hospital. I was taken to the ER very early in the morning. I was seen right away, given medications quickly, and then admitted. The hospital ran many tests and I saw several doctors to try to figure out my medical issues. They did a very good, thorough job.

The nurses were excellent too. It's different than in the U.S., but I thought they provided great care and I felt well looked after. I appreciated how much they worked with me in English (nurses and doctors), as I'm new to Germany and don't speak much German yet. I'd definitely go back to this hospital for care or in an emergency.

No respect for patients whatsoever . People smoke next to the windows (not allowed areas) and even if you complaint to the personnel they tell you to close the windows instead with 30 degrees outside, because they don't want to tell people to stop smoking in the forbidden areas. It is so disrespecful und inconsiderate from a hospital to not listen and not care about the patients in this way.

The hospital is clean and has a good facility. Most of doctors and nurses speak good English. Not very long waiting time compared to other hospitals.

I was having a lot of issues with my bladder and did not have at that time (almost half a year ago) any german health insurance; therefore almost forced to got to the hospital to get visited by a doctor. This male doctor in the urologist deparment prescribed me an extremely strong antibiotic without any probiotics to protect my good bacteria. This had caused me serious issues which and several other infections which I am still paying off with my health. Honestly, this doctor behaved in a very superficial way. Before taking any antibiotics, if they prescribe you strong medicines without any probiotics, just be carefull.

The receptionist on Sunday 21.05 AFTERNOON so unfriendly and very rude. She commanded me and told me I don't have manners in my face. I hope the management will work on this issue.
