He answered all of my questions and objections calmly and objectively.
I was also given complete freedom of choice when it came to finding an appointment. I felt very comfortable here and am looking forward to the operation with peace of mind.

Kurz nach der Abgabe wurde ich bereits zu den Voruntersuchungen gebeten. Alles verlief reibungslos und minutiös geplant. Alle beteiligten Fachkräfte waren freundlich, höflich, rücksichtsvoll und hilfsbereit. Wenn auch alle Untersuchungen ihre Zeit brauchten, ging alles sehr gut getaktet weiter. Auch das Beratungsgespräch durch den Professor verlief in einer harmonischen Atmosphäre. Er ging auf alle meine Fragen und Einwände ruhig und sachlich ein.
Auch bei der anschließenden Terminfindung wurde mir völlige Entscheidungsfreiheit gelassen. Hier habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehe der Operation in Ruhe entgegen.
