I'm their customer for around two years, and i order from them averagely three times per week, initially the quality of food was good but unfortunately it is reducing over the time, last time (two days ago) i ordered a "tortellini al forno", it was like a baby food ! and the taste was not good.
after having many times worse experiences, finally i decided to not order anymore.
although the stuff are nice, but they should care also about the quality of food.

The best pizza I have ever eaten! ❣️ Great Italian atmosphere, in this restaurant you will feel like you are in Italy While in Stuttgart you have to go there ????????❣️ Service at the highest level, smiling and very professional. Italian master chef ????????????????????????❣️ DELICIOUS ❣️????

So I came here because of a fond memory left 2 years ago, when a local colleague brought me here and I subsequently brought my Husband to try the amazing food and service.

Today, that changed for me.
1. The pear/walnut/cheese starter was no longer on the menu, I was told that the Chef changed since 2 years ago.
2. While it was nice that the waitress attempted to speak English and recommended the 4 cheeses pizza thinking I wanted to eat cheese and they mixed 2 Flavours in 1 pizza for me, they forgot totally about giving me fork and spoon to eat it with. Notice the lack of utensils in my photo with a pizza. So I had to walk to the counter and ask for it.
3. I was assigned a seat in the outdoors, and then it started raining, no fault of the staff but still, unfortunate. Went in again to the restaurant to ask for help. Had to change seats but still outdoors.
4. And if u have an issue with cigarette smoke like I do, remember to ask for a seat indoors. By then I've already walked into the restaurant twice so I just gave up and enjoyed 2nd hand smoke with a swiftly cooling pizza.

In short, I wouldn't come back here again. Not all the way from Singapore. Good memories should stay as memories.

Clearly overwhelmed waitress and unfriendly service. After reserving a table and waiting for half hour she repeatedly attempted to pressure us to order from the hallway of the apartments next door and we assured her we would like to order once we get the table we reserved. All while the staff kept trying to go through the hallway to a back room and residents of the apartments were also obviously wanting access. After waiting for 30mins we actually decided to leave without ordering despite being absolutely starving and went to the tasty Greek restaurant next door! This has left a very sour taste after hearing such good things about the restaurant.

Quick tip for the future: if you don’t have the capacity for reservations please be upfront and honest with your guests and don’t keep saying “just 5 minutes” when in reality it will take more than a half hour to seat someone who reserved in good faith that they will be seated within a reasonable time (0-15mins is reasonable in my eyes).

This is my neighborhood pizza place. The people are nice and the pizza is good. They put a local spin on Italian classics.

Best cheap slice in the hood! Seriously their tomato sauce is something special and everything on the menu is a bargain. I will keep coming here…
