I won’t be lying if I said one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The rooms are CLEAN as if they were new. The location is superb and accessible to many cities in Germany other than being right across the road from the amazing CenterO Westfield mall. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extra friendly. Way to go!

Very nice and modernized Hotel, Directly in front of Westfield Centro and all attractions were nearby, there is only Cold Breakfast available which was good for a three Star Hotel. only problem was one of the Staffs named „Kostas“ who was very impolite and his reaction to a Kid was very Rude.

Clean, tidy hotel. Breakfast fairly standard continental options. Was charged for parking even though it said free parking online when I booked.

umfangreiches frühstück, obwohl man manche abläufe verbessern könnte. gäste standen sich oft im weg. zu eng im frühstücksraum. zimmer neu und modern. leider schlechte klimaanlage und die fenster konnte man auch nicht öffnen

OK hotel with acceptable amenities. Only downside is that there is no restaurant for any dining other than a simple continental breakfast. You can't even use the coffee machines out of breakfast hours. However, being within 150m of 'CentrO', Germany's largest shopping mall, there's a host of options available outside of the hotel.

Parking is fine at €5 per night but you must pay in advance at check-in, and spaces are not always available.

Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are completely sufficient for both business travellers or families alike.

Modern TVs in the rooms accept streaming for either Android or Apple devices, so with the fast free WiFi as part of the standard facility, your televisual entertainment is on a par with your own home choices.
