It is probably the worst Zara I have visited. The lady in the fiting rooms should consider to change her job because definitely have 0 skills for costumer service. Terrible shopping experience. I'm been manager for Zara international support and will never have accepted someone like this
None education person in my team.

I visited the store today and I didn't like it so much. Before that I stopped at Hu0026M and clothes there so good looking, so I bought many things there.Then I was looking forward for the stop at Zara, but it is like old style and nothing fits me there. So sad and shame

During black Friday,we bought a ladies jacket.There was clear and big label as 40 % discount on it all jackets.
After waiting 1 hour to pay I’ve learned no discount and paid 69,95 Euro accordingly.
It is not good for a big company cheat the customers.

Huge Zara in CentrO. One of my wife's favorite fashion shops. I also like their children clothes, but the men fashion doesn't usually appeal to me. Since the re-opening better organized, but still pretty messy compared to other fashion shops. Seems to be typical for Zara's though. Good quality, prices good. Much better prices than the Dutch Zara's!

extremely rude employees. I wanted to return one piece of clothing from an online order that I picked up in the store some minutes before going to the cashier and did not even try the clothes on, but the guy at the cashier in the men’s section refused to accept one item due to hyginic reasons even if he saw that I literally just got the package. When I told him these things, he became extremely rude and his colleague (both of turkish origing) started both going at me and in the end the girl said something nasty in turkish so the clients won’t understand. Zara should be ashamed for such kind of service, especially in the store located in the biggest shopping mall in Germany . Your employees represent your company and by now it doesn’t have the best image. Take some actions finally, as this is not the first negative feedback you get about the cursing of clients by the turkish employees

I love Zara and I wanted to buy stuff but there's a very long queue at the counter due to only one cashier.
