extremely rude employees. I wanted to return one piece of clothing from an online order that I picked up in the store some minutes before going to the cashier and did not even try the clothes on, but the guy at the cashier in the men’s section refused to accept one item due to hyginic reasons even if he saw that I literally just got the package. When I told him these things, he became extremely rude and his colleague (both of turkish origing) started both going at me and in the end the girl said something nasty in turkish so the clients won’t understand. Zara should be ashamed for such kind of service, especially in the store located in the biggest shopping mall in Germany . Your employees represent your company and by now it doesn’t have the best image. Take some actions finally, as this is not the first negative feedback you get about the cursing of clients by the turkish employees
