Ich habe mir vor längerer Zeit ein paar Schuhe im Wert von 180€ gekauft, ich habe diese Schuhe oft angehabt und hatte sie sehr oft für das Joggen benutzt. Nach Zeit löste sich an meinen Schuhen die farbe ab von den Stellen die „reflektieren“ (Nike air max 97) und hinten an der Sohle schaute ein Stück Metall raus. Daraufhin habe ich die Fahrt von 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten aufgenommen um die Schuhe umzutauschen. Aber alles was ich bekommen habe war „eigenverschulden“ und sehr respektlose antworten und vorallem vorwürfe! Ich würde meine Schuhe nicht pflegen und sie auch noch falsch angezogen hätte. Ich habe den Mitarbeiter gesagt das ich dieses Problem sehr oft habe und meine Schuhe immer zurückgeben konnte, das allerdings auf der offiziellen Internetseite von Nike. Ich war schockiert wie der Mitarbeiter mit mir gesprochen hat, also es wahr wirklich unglaublich was sich da abspielte. Ich kann nur von diesem Geschäft abraten, für mich einfach nur pure Faulheit von dem Mitarbeiter. War wohl zu fein sich die Mühe zu geben bei Nike anzurufen und sich darum zu kümmern die Schuhe zurückgeben zu können. Das durfte ich nun selber übernehmen. Ich habe die Schuhe auf der Seite von Nike ohne Probleme hinschicken können und habe auch den vollen Betrag erstattet bekommen. Dieser Laden ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, tut nicht den selben Fehler wie ich, ich hoffe euch konnte meine Rezension helfen!
