Mediocre "just okay" establishment despite spacious clean corner location with speedy service. Any place that has menus in their menus in their menus already says something to me. LoL. Ingredients inferior and presentation somewhat sloppy with that just thrown together look, whether it be the crepes, drinks, waffles, or what have you. Sure it's a popular sit down spot, but truth be told it could use a lot of polishing up before it begins to even approach "quality". On a hot summer day who cares though, right? That's why this place does well as a volume business and why it likely won't improve beyond "diner" level status.

Although the ice cream has a great quality, we came here not knowing they are closing and ordered our ice cream. 10 minutes after our order arrived they started cleaning up and the stuff member were anxiously waiting and looking for us to finish. If You want to close on time, something that is really understandable, you could inform the customer that You are closing and not make them order and then wait above their heads to leave.

Service okay, some waiters do not speak English, but they were not rude as other restaurants in Nuremberg. Taste of the food was amazing! Coffee great and tiramisu great! Totally recommended

I had allergy immediately after trying one of their product (cappuccino). I am not allergic to ice cream or even this flavour but, unfortunately this happened to me. Its the 6th day today and I am still struggling to recover back to normal conditions. Its a pity this has happened but, its the reality also which I cant shy away from informing.

The staff was quite unfriendly and not relaxed at all. Really the worst was the customer service. They have pretty much no vegan options but told us they did. Tables are really close together. We waited forever to get the bill. Ice cream quite average, and thus overpriced. Overall a disappointing experience :(

The staff are very unfriendly and even gave me incorrect change. I highly do not recommend going there to sit and enjoy your afternoon in peace having a drink or ice cream.

The ice cream is very good but so are all the other ice cream shops in the center of nuremberg.

I bought a double scoop ice cream cone for 2 Euros, the staff was good and he personally recommended the stores favorite ice cream, This place also offers a variety of fruit cakes. Overall, I had a wonderful experience visiting this place.
