Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. The outside was busy so we took a table on the inside, which was empty. It was busy and I think they were understaffed. We didn't wait too long to order. My dish came out relatively soon. My husband's dish didn't come out until 35 min later! We thought they may have forgotten to put in the order, but that wasn't ther case, it was really that slow. And why serve us at different times? It took forever to pay. We were there for almost 2 hours for lunch and were hoping to be there for much less time. There is a point where waiting is not having a relaxing meal. The food itself was good. I wish I had chosen somewhere else since it wasn't a great dining experience.

We visited for weekend breakfast, everything was high quality and delicious. But my breakfast order was late and orange juice was missing. We drink the orange juice after the breakfast ???? In addition, We waited a long time for the order I placed, and when it did not come, we gave up. The environment is very nice, it is very nice to eat and drink something with the view of the neihr side. It would be great if the orders came faster ????????

Absolutely delicious!! I’ve been here a couple of times now and the food was great. Good selection of food, snacks and drinks. The location is lovely, directly overlooking the river and good vibes also inside. I’ve been for lunch both times, so I can’t speak for the evening service, but the stuff was super nice, and didn’t wait long for my orders. Prices are reasonable and average with other places (€12-15 for a main). Definitely will come again.

5 stars for food, drinks and the brown skinned smiling waitress. Only 3 stars left because of the very arrogant blonde waitress. She will ruin your business with her attitude. I ate here 2 times in 1 day because it was that good, but her rude attitude made me leave early.

Terrible customer service. Very arrogant waitress. You are waited too long. And the menu is thrown on table. There are many alternatives with welcoming staffs around downtown Nuremberg. Avoid this place, if you care how you are treated.

Good food, but very bad service (you wait a lot until your food comes, and my food came BEFORE my drink ????). And I also had to wait a lot for them to take my plate after I finished and be able to pay.
