Bought a water boiler at the store and it stopped working in 6 months.
Approached the store immediately with the Original package and guarantee card in it. But the store explicitly stated that without bill they can not provide guarantee at all. ( It should be very easy for the seller to find-out the purchase details from their system by typing the product code on the sold product or simply scanning the QR code on the device. QR code and Number were still visible on the returned product).
They provided an Option to pay 70% price to get the new one. I opted for it but they did not give the Original one back. When I asked the reason, they said they will send it to the service center and will reuse the parts or resell. I had to pay 100% Original buying price + 70% replacement price to keep the product functional even during the guarantee period. As a loyal customer and a WMF fan, I feel cheated by them.

WMF is always good! No need for rate! I have recently bought “schnellkochtopf” and thats great!

Great customer service. Brought my old smoothie maker there which was broken, but couldn’t find the receipt. The lady at the counter gave me a discount on a new one which made it a lot cheaper.
Although it was still expensive.

Bought a wmf knife chef edition. The staff was very friendly and helpful guiding us through the selection and offered us a discount. Good selection of kitchen tools.

WMF kitchen ware is well made and delivers good value. Due to high volume of customers, you might need to wait a while before a staff member is available to assist you. The store staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
