Gave them 4, cause doesn't have english menu and its slow service in pic hours, which is kind of understanding. You can miss the place, they already have enough clients. But if you decide to sit there - its delicious food and good coffee.

I just sat for coffee and dessert while waiting for my appointment at the nearby Apple. The dessert being the Tiramisu and cheesecake were absolutely horrible!
Coffee was decent.

Not sure why only 2.6 stars. This place has great coffee and ice cream. Yes they are busy and u have to wait but it was worth it. Thank you for the great visit

So the price is as expected- high.
The location is actually quite lovely. We opted for the rooms upstairs since it was heavily raining outside. It was cosy.

But i do have some beef with one particular waiter. Bare in mind it was just him, but boy was he unfriendly. Simply not a person you wanna be around at.
He might be the reason we shall not revisit.

This restaurant is the worsted place I have ever visit in Munich. I never went to worthless, dirty place like this before, the stuff working there are “RAISES” they have no respect to other people also the MANAGER, very very bad service. I prefer nobody to go there and visit this garbage place I’m very upset about it ???????? if there is less than one star I will put it!

Very unfriendly to the customer. When there were plenty of empty tables, they moved us to a place where we didn't want to sit.
And the butter bretzel looks like this. Make it yourself.

Waited a long time for service. When the waitress finally arrived she only asked of I was alone, which I was. She then told me to go to another restaurant. The café wasn't even busy, maybe 2 tables occupied. Terrible way to treat clients. Now that I see the other reviews of similar experiences in the service there I wonder why management has not attempted to resolve the poor way in which clients are treated.
