For the price I found it great value. Not very far from Munich centre and you have U and S bahn quite near. The room was stylish, clean and not too shabby. There was a shared bathroom but just between two. It's a converted flat floor, looks like former social housing, but that's not a big problem. One issue for some would be there is usually no one in site. Instead they have an automated check in machine. But on saying that I did contact them about check in by phone and they got back to me quickly.

Great location with the U6, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. No reception: the check-in is done at an atm, but virtual support is quick and helpful. Shared bathrooms can be a problem since I locked myself out of my room and had to wait for the cleaning staff to come in. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the other guests here were animals: loud yelling at night and leaving the toilets looking like a mess. The place also stank of cigarettes. Good if you want privacy and simplicity, but don't expect luxury here.

It’s good and clean
But
Not save as family to sleep in open building can come strangers from outside the street to your room
And that is what happen last nicht at 12 O’clock somebody try to open our room when we were sleeping
We wake up and he asked for help to give him our phone he say he lost he’s card or forget the cart inside the room
I say sorry I have kids not possible to open the door for you he start screaming and behaving aggressively… more details even after that
This apartment is not for families at all
I don’t really recommend it

This a small and very clean hotel. Good to stay for couple of nights if one does not expect more than a bed and bathroom. Rooms are small and there is no option for breakfast. The good point is that the price is reasonable. Only note that there is no reception and the reception machine only works with the credit cards.
