Nice place overall, decent rooms, clean places, bigger than normal bathroom, confy bed ( although pillows to soft :)) ) super nice personnel at reception. Where it needs a bit more atention is at the breakfast. Personnel should be a bit more interested on how clean are the tables after someone leaves and another one comes. A bit more friendly with clients wouldn't hurt. And other small stuff that could be better for the breakfast place. Overall nice experience.

The room was ok and a bit dated. But cosy and practical. I had a fan in my room for the hot summer days. My fridge didn't work, and it took a couple of days for them to get me a new one. They offered for me to keep my beverages at their staff fridge at front desk and I really appreciated their helpfulness. Staff were great! Breakfast, has a wide selection to chose from. The bar in the hotel is open until late and the whole experience at the hotel was pleasant.

Rude receptionist (Frau W). She bosses the guests around. I was offended by her and only 5 min later another guest got told off by her! One books a parking space along with the room and there are no spaces available when you arrive. The receptionist says "either find a parking space or leave". Some of the cleaning ladies do not speak a word of German so it is difficult to communicate with them. I think the hotel management have a lot to work on the attitude of the staff!

The hotel is located in the back yard. There is a car park there and the rubbish containers so when it is the rubblish collection day, you will smell and hear the rubbish car while having your breakfast! There is no A/C so it is hot in the restaurant as well as in the rooms. Leaving the widnows open at night in the room is not a possible because there is a car park in the yard and the hotel main entrance so it is rather loud.

The hotel is an aging, no style, old carpets with musty smell. The hotel definitely needs renovation! The corridors are narrow so social distancing is not possible (COVID-19 precautions!). The lift is one person lift only and there are steps at the front entrance so it is not families with buggies and people on wheelchair freindly.

I do not recommend this hotel even for one night!

Excellent vegetarian food options. A bit away from city centre but worth a visit. Good service as well.
