Spacious and very clean room including very good mattress and air condition and fridge! Friendly and polite staff at reception and breakfast salon and good breakfast in a beautiful garden! We will book it again in our next visit to Munich!

Very friendly staff at the reception as well as at breakfast, which btw is very good. We had one of the larger rooms which was very clean and also quiet since it was on the garden side. There was plenty of closet space and the bath was spacious. The location is excellent, just minutes by foot to the U- and S-Bahn. I would definitely stay here again.

The service here is top notch, long opening hours, helpful staff. Parking available. I have stayed here several times on my way through Munich and it's really great. Bakery nearby, u-bahn, great affirdable Chinese restaurant across the street. Amazing bathrooms.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful but the old guy at the breakfast was very rude and impolite as he bad attitude when I forgot to put back the spoon in its place in the buffet. He was making noise while returning it back to teach me manners. I think this ruined the whole stay experience though the buffet was perfect and had verity of choices.

Very nice comfortable hotel , the service is good, the room is amazing, very quite to sleep deeply , the breakfast very good, and the past part is the bathroom, many restaurants around it and very near from metro station.
I really recommend it . ????

Great location, near to Harras Train Station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Mrs.Pistelli and Mr. Beo.

All staff speaks English very well.

The room I got was on the top floor, so it’s little bit smaller than the other rooms.

The building was clean, but kind of old.

4 star? What a joke. Add 12 euros per night for parking for your true price or play the parking game in the surrounding area with limited availability and constantly risking parking tickets. No microwave anywhere. No way to make coffee or tea. There is not even a cup of water for you in hospitality. The only food/drinks are from the asian food hotel restaurant which opens late and closes early. Room service does not take trash. No laundromat or iron. Poor shower design leaks lots of water on floor by toilet. TV is very small and cheap. Nightstand tables are small cheap and flimsy with a literal spring as a base. Look away if standing when turning on bedside lights or get blinded. They only give you 1 key and you figure out with no instruction that you need it to turn on the electricity in the room, but the secret is that any card in your wallet works. Bathroom magnification mirror is poorly placed. No gym or swimming pool when the 3.5 star hyatt i stayed at earlier this month had both plus a jacuzzi and sauna. I have stayed at many 1-5 star hotels in my life and ambiance rivoli is one of the worst and is easily beat by simple cheap motels if you care about amenities more than decorations.
