We stayed at this hotel for one night. We wouldn’t even call it as a 2-star hotel. During the night, we could clearly hear the conversations from the next doors. There is a horribly molded place on the ceiling. If you looked at the interior designs closely, you would figure out the room is divided into several rooms. The light in the bathroom is very dim. Although the hotel staff offered us breakfast as courtesy after we made the complaints, we would rather spend more to stay in a REAL-3-star hotel. In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

Uncozy, impersonal, okayish breakfast, felt unsafe that the door is left wide open all night.

This place is mediocre at best. There are a lot of small things wrong with this hotel that add up to overall create a poor experience.. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear what your neighbors are doing (or who they're doing...) our room didn'thave a lock on the bathroom? There was just like a gapping hole..There has been a weird smell in the room this entire time and rather than fix it we arrived to our room having its window open... the rooms feel slighty dirty and overall just weird... The pillows are very lump and old. The shades look like they've never been clean. The owner seems nice and the people at the counter are nice. If you're on a budget this might seem nice... but if you're paying for what you get really.

+ Great hotel for Oktoberfest. Friendly staff. Great beds.
- Strange bathrooms. Slightly far from the station.

The hotel is a little far from Harras Station, not terrible though. It's more like a hostel than your typical "hotel". It is situated in a residential area so there isn't much around (food-wise). The rooms were clean and all-in-all good. The only issue is that my room (maybe all) have three outlets near the window, which make charging things slightly annoying.

You can easily get to Oktoberfest (2 stations away) which was nice and downtown Munich is only a short 10-12 minutes away.

My only complaint is the bathroom situation. First, if you turn on the bathroom light it lights up the entire room. Second, the shower is just in the corner of the bathroom and the curtain doesn't extend to the floor so if anyone takes a shower the whole bathroom gets soaked for the rest of the day.

Incredibly friendly staff at the reception, check-in went smoothly and quick, rooms are comfortable and very tidy u0026 clean, TV and the (free) Wi-Fi were nice and worked seamlessly. The bathroom was very clean and not narrow at all.
Really liked this Hotel and I highly recommend it for a short visit.

Terrible hotel. Granted, the hotel is clean. But, that's about the only thing going for the place. Paid 10 euros for a parking space, which is fair. When sat in my vehicle a member of staff started shouting and getting extremely aggressive about my vans position, despite being parked within a designated bay. The rooms were tasteless and the bathrooms were poorly lit and dangerous. UK visitors, this hotel is a poverty spec Travelodge. One more thing, it's an old office block not a purpose built hotel, so noise and lighting is an issue.

This experience was so bad that I don't even know where to start complaining. I'll just list a few of the issues we had during our five nights here, which aren't even over yet. We still have to deal with this all for one more night. We have already switched rooms once and are now in an even smaller room than the one we booked because the first was so unclean.
-half the windows don't open.
-no AC
-blinds are all either broken or non-existent
-no lock on the door
-cleaning staff walks in to rooms without knocking regardless of the "do not disturb" sign
-they don't make the beds....they fold the blankets and lay them on top of last night's sheets. they leave the decorative bed things on the floor or "closet"
-dirty towels are hung in the "closet" all bundled together. or left on the bed.
-bathroom floor floods when you shower.
-breakfast is 9euros for small, stale, boring snacks. juice and milk weren't even cold. coffee, of course, costs extra. We were offered free breakfast vouchers when we mentioned for the second time that our room wasn't clean. We couldn't even eat because it was disappointing.
-tv isn't even centered in front of the bed
Conclusion: everything is overpriced and the photos look nothing like what you actually get. And everything is dirty.
We also suspect the staff stole a beach towel and shorts...so that's weird.
On a positive note the ant in our bathroom was very friendly!
