Our room was simple and clean. Don't expect to find any fridge or coffee. The shower was really small and the door did not close well. If you go in summer I think it will be hot because there was no ac. The positive things are that the breakfast was really good and the hotel is just in front of the main station. Just two doors down there was a restaurant which served very good food

For its price, it’s a pretty decent place to stay in. It’s very convenient too cos it’s very near many tourist sites and public transportation. They’re also near many eateries and department stores. It’s very easy to get here from the airport.

The room is clean and of decent size. The only downside is the heating wasn’t strong enough and I stayed in winter so it can get quite cold at night. The shower door doesn’t fully close also so need to be careful not to splash the water out. It’d be also nice to have a kettle and a mini fridge. I requested for queen sized bed but what they did was put 2 single beds together and it moves around very easily (which isn’t always a good thing).

Overall our stay is still pleasant tho. Recommended for those who aren’t too fussy and would like to save money on accommodation.

It is what it is, for what we payed I’m happy with what we got. Great location with only a 10-15 minutes walk to the “old town”. Would not mind coming back next time we visit Munich.

Everything was clean. However we did not spend a lot of time in our room, if you want to have a cozy night in, this is not the hotel for you.

Frontdesk was very friendly and helpful.

We did not try the breakfast, we went in to have a look and decided to spend our
9 euro (the cost of the breakfast buffet) elsewhere.

It was very hot in Munich, however the room has no aircondition. So we are forced to sleep with the window open. But that was way to noise, facing the railway station and a busy street.
The safe inside the room was not working, but this issue was solved swiftly.
Location is on walking distance from the old town.

The breakfast has a wide variety of different foods, the recepcionists are kind, and we reguraly got cleaning and room maintenance. I very much recommend the hotel for people who want to be close to the city centre. All services were totally satisfying.

The staff is nice, and the location is great, it faces the central station. However, I could hear the crowd and my next-door clearly in the mid-night. And check out is required on 1030am, convenient for morning or mid-night train but not comfortable at all.

I found it quite cheap at the time of booking and the best part of the hotel is its location. Literary takes a few seconds from hbf. So very easy to move around munich from hbf. The room could be a little bigger. My window was broken. Could not tilt it properly. Also, the bathroom heater did not work so I could not dry my clothes. The bathroom was good enough for us. The reception was helpful. Overall I would recommend it for the location and price.
