Extremely rude behavior of the employee at the counter. I went yesterday at around 2000 on 08/01/2022. It felt as if he just didn't want us there. When I asked whether I can get Cheese oregano bread he screamed at me No. People like these should not be facing customers at all.
His name was Bono atleast his name tag said so.

Yesterday's horrible experience. One lady from the staff was so rude. She was not at all welcoming. I will never visit Subway's Munich hbf branch again. I have also guest with me who were in queue. They are totally shocked after that incident. Subway is surely recommended but I hope for good staff who are good with customers. I saw many have had simily experience.

The lady at the counter is very very rude. She is very unfriendly and also has a bad mood. I had really bad experience and I left without taking the food because such person who unwelcome the customer, I believe it's useless to visit such a place. Better to be hungry than to go to her and pay for food. Very disappointing. Don't wish to give one star also. ????????

2 stars for the taste, and service, minus 3 stars, she's not friendly at all, looked annoyed when I approached. "No kidding, why not doing it together" I asked my friends first and they replied a bit late, that's why. That's not how you treat costumer. Why bother looking for friendly staff when in the field and when serving people they are rude as hell

Visit this subway only if you want to spoil your mood. Super weird, disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour of "the Lady" at the counter. Instead of making subs she makes faces and shouts on customers. I would never ever visit this store again.

Very rude staff, I went there and one old man did very bad behavior. Usually, I use to go in Subways but this has a unique speciality to treat their customers in bad way, and the quality was same as that person.
Should look for another Subway.
