This coffee place was such a lovely place for a cup of coffee with such fun and cute sayings written on their cups and plates. Of course, such yummy treats to accompany their coffee was a plus. However, despite its prime location being the nearest to the Munich train station, it was a bit shame how their staffs did not really try to help nor had the patience to assist English speaking tourists. Every time I visited Munich, I came here for brunch or to kill time until my train, but each time the customer service was not as friendly for the English speaking customers at one of the most cosmopolitan cities.

Worst experience ever!! Other coffee brands DO serve much better coffee and require their staff for much more SKILLS and DEDICATION to the products they serve! In contrast, the Coffee Fellows outlet located first floor Munich Central Station is a kinda beginners club. Sluggish made coffee, coincidentally thrown together dished while staff is continuously and endlessly gabbing. No focus, no skill, no dedication - nothing! Awful...!!

Nice place. Good and fresh food. Good coffee. Tabela are not cleaned by staff.

Cheap compared to starbucks and costa coffee with free wifi! Very noisy and crowded. They donot clean the table and the toilette is very dirty!

Had to ask for the order 3 times, very slow service, no butter or jam on the premises, coffee was bad too...pretty bad for a cafe.

Iam just arrived and ask for 2 drinks one small one larg
And the worker he did mistake and give us something we didn’t asked as size
And when we asked to give us what we paid
He said igave u what u orders the invoice is out its ur problem
