Good place where to change a train or escape for a short city break. The connection with the city, different places in the country or even different countries is great.
At the ticketing office, the staff is also very good and helpful. During the waiting for the train, there is a lot of food or drinks options where to take some good and fresh stuff????

A big, well-organized, and clean train station with everything you’ll need, from coffee shops to lockers for storing your luggage. The staff working at the information center are very nice, and helpful, even the security personnel will give you pieces of information regarding the train platforms.
The restrooms will cost you one euro, but at least they are clean.
During the daytime, it feels safe, but once it’s dark the area surrounding the station starts to be populated by sketchy people.

Beautiful train station. Make sure you get here early. It gets super packed especially in summer. Staff at the information booth are efficient, kind and knowledgeable!
You have to make a line in order to ask some information.
Be aware that there are more tracks and ascendimg numbers outside of the covered area, especially trains going to Zürich, Salzburg or Hamburg bound. Numbers are on top of tracks, that’s why I recommend you get here early, because it gets hectic and packed.
The station has groceries, cafes and bistros, so you can get energy ready for the trip!
If there are changes they announce on the radios.

POWER PLUG DISASTER. Well, it is a station, there’s no much to say about that, except be aware there’s NO POWER PLUGS to charge anything.

If you want to try charge something do it like everyone else and fight for a place at Starbucks (there’s 2 inside the station) or McDonald’s (take the hint, in those “bar tables” they have charges below them, very hidden).

You can rent lockers for 2, 3 or 4 euros (even more but those are most seen). If you think about waiting a long time in this place, reconsider, there’s plenty of bars and restaurants near by with heater and power plugs ????

And no, they are not as punctual as they claim to be. The trains are very conf tough.

A busy train terminal with many regional and local connections. The terminal is easy to negotiate and has many shops for eating and amenities. The terminal also provide international connectivity to other countries through high speed trains. Overall the experience was good and easy to negotiate.

I was surprised her because it wasn't so organized and clean. There were constructions going on everywhere she it seemed there is no concept only fixing things quickly.
