We stay one night and find it has issue on the booking. Staff is very helpful and fix all for us. Appreciate very much.

Room is very small but clean. They seems just renovated the rooms as outside still of the corridor is very old, but can see they try to keep clean.

Aircon not workable so have to open windows but very noisy.

Location is Great but price way too high based on the quality of hotel.

Again, staffs are friendly and super helpful

The hotel is ok in general but there is a LOTof noise from next boot club. It was the first time in my life that I really couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The room was totally new but the windows are old so you can here everything! I booked this hotel from booking and I am also sad about booking because it was supposed to protect the clients. This hotel is only for people able to sleep with heavy noise.

Zero stars if I could. Our laptop was stolen from our luggage while we stored it in their luggage room. Conveniently no security cameras and completely unhelpful staff so all we got was a “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was stolen by one of the staff. Not to mention the rooms and hotel are old and noisy. Do not give this place your business.

Worst hotel stay ever ! Top 3 Reasons among many :

1.No curtain on windows, which were found to be intentionally hidden by hotel staff in the cupboard. (see photos for details)

2.View from hotel is garbage dumping area, and sounds of breaking glass bottles and dumping all night.( also seen photos)

3.AC not working at all ( also in photos)

Unfriendly and rude hotel staff not willing to help in spite of point out the over mentioned issues.

It was hard to get sleep there due to room temperature and noice coming outside. There's no AC and the temperature in the room was 28-30 (we stayed there on July 2022). Also, there was no warning about the construction work that was straight outside of our window. The construction noise woke us up before 7am. Can't recommend this place

The air conditioning was out of order so the room was 27-30 degrees Celsius, even with the window open (which led to lots of noise from the street). They said there was nothing they could do, all the rooms are the same. Didn’t get much sleep.

The hotel Is terrible, they don't have Air conditioning! They give me a.bad service i decided to cancel the reservation because if this reason and they make me to pay the night when they didn't give me a good service! ????????
