I stayed in room 162 which was small but very nice and well appointed with high ceilings. Nice hotel and staff. Room warm, even with heater at 15 deg. C. Had to occasionally open windows (in December) to cool the room. Great location near Karlsplatz. Street view was very noisy. Comfortable bed and nice desk in room. Quality toiletries... even a free condom with the toiletries. Nice shower. Slippers in the room but no robe. Safe in room. Fridge completely full of mini bar items, but all items and drinks were only 1 euro each (unheard of). Nice restaurant off the lobby bar.

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was exceptional especially the front desk personnel! The room was large and comfy. Loved the way technology was incorporated into the opening and closing of windows and shades, lights and towel warmer. The amenities were well presented. We were amazed how quiet our room was since the hotel is on a very busy street.

Not bad. A/C did not work, did not in my room nor in my brother's room. Would have appreciated walking directions from the train station to the hotel. Not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area,
Very very clean but mattress could have been newer, Don't buy into the open bar fee. There is only 2 beers in the fridge. Breakfast is okay. Wine was awful but maybe that's a Germany thing.

Exceptional in all aspects: from the airport transfer, to the front desk, and to the breakfast and the servers. Everyone was very courteous and cheerful. We believe, the staff is ultimately what makes or breaks a place. The Tower Room was great! We had plenty of space, lots of large windows, storage, bathroom amenities were plentiful, and the tub was much larger than normal. The shower pressure was very relaxing, after a long day of sightseeing. I also found a bag of soaps on the table as a welcome gift. That was a very nice touch. Thank you! Of course, the location being in the center and close to the main station, is not a quiet area. However, with the windows closed, the noise level decreases considerably. We slept very well. We can’t wait to return.

The food was lovely, the beer was great. The staff were really nice and friendly. It was a great place to have some food. It was really hot and sunny in Munich so we outside for our meal. It was a great way to relax in the evening after traveling for a few hours.

The Anna hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is great. The staff is exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant. The food never disappointed. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I am looking forward to my next visit to Munich and will be certain to stay at the Anna!

Nice central location. Staff was perfectly gracious and helpful to this foreign traveler. Their English was impeccable, so there were no communication breakdowns. Wifi was good, free breakfast was standard German fare, but there were options for the picky American eater. I don't care for the modern decor, but the comfort and convenience more than made up for it. Recommend highly.
