The staff are very nice and will definitely help you as well. I would like to emphasize that the staff are excellent. And the position of the hotel in the center of the city is very walking distance to the subway. And the ancient city, shopping area, very close, very worth the price.

Great location near the Central Station, the hotel reception was spectacular, very clear and efficient explanations about the hotel services. Room was nitidly clean and with complete services, also very spacious. Recommended 100%

Very very Good. I’m impressed this hotel very much. I stayed 4 nights. All staff very good and friendly, helping and funny talk (women staff). Good location. No complain about the room because the room is very clean and facitity in the room is good for us. There are left luggage service. And near the main-Station. There are a lof of eating around hotel (recommend Asian Viet restaurant is good taste) The room have air-condition and fridge. Recomend this Hotel !

I went there for summer, the hotel was in the best location everything was close to it . The hotel looked nice and I had a wonderful experience. but the one thing that I didn't like was the extra beds, so me and my siblings didn't have enough beds so I had to pay (20 euro) for an extra one and it was horrible. The bed was like foldable for transport but when I was sleep the bed folded on me ????. Other than that it was great.

Great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were great. Staff was super friendly. Would stay here again.

We were greeted by Rafael - a Swiss thai man, who was exceptionally nice and polite. He carried our bags to the lift and he made me and my family very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel. Service by Rafael is great, and the location is good. Thanks for making it great! We will definitely recommend to our friends about this place :)
