Fantastic location and very close to main town, everything was in walking distance. Hotel u0026 staff were wonderful, the room had a modern design and extremely comfortable. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Food is exceptionally good and excellent selection at breakfast. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Summary: Nice rooms, excellent service and excellent breakfast!!

We stayed 3 nights (as a family) and everyone was happy - even the kids. There is a play room near the reception desk and near the restaurant.

We had an upgraded room: it had a fridge with "free" drinks and chocolate. The room is nicely designed (with a separate toilet area and two shoers).

The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety: many salads, many breads, many drinks. And you can even take your coffee with you to-go. Near our tables were olive trees and orange trees.

What we did not like: the receptionist charged us a large security deposit and we had to ask many times before it was refunded (upon checkout).

What could be improved: have a wooden room-separator between the sofa bed and the main bed.

Note: the pool is quite small but with glass on the wall it looks larger

The rooms are very clean and has exactly what is needed a comfortable bad, nice shower with good water pressure. Parking garage (though keep in mind it costs quite a lot for one night), a wonderful breakfast buffet with every thing you can want or need- lovely. The staff is nice and welcoming.

An all-round pleasant hotel, well situated (walking distance from city center) and quiet. Definitely up to the Novotel standards (so above a Mercure). Staff is very kind and professional. The pool is a big plus and is quite nice. Very good breakfast.

A good hard product: hotel in a good location, good breakfast, great pool and wellness, own parking garage. There is however a serious soft skill issue. Over the last 3 days I have seen 0 smiles, employees not knowing how to handle basic requests and absolutely no feedback at 1 AM when the hotel was evacuated because of a fire alarm. Avoid on business because of running children in the hallways all day and sluggish WiFi (even with a the paying option not good for Teams). In all rather 2,5 stars.

I can totally recommend this hotel for couple of reasons:
1. The location very good and just 4 stations away from central station(direct s-bahn)
2. The restaurant inside is very good
3. Staff is very friendly too and offers you free drink coupons
4. The rooms are also of good size and not very small
5. They have proper double bed and not like 2 single beds joined together ????????

The room was clean, the shower was very good and the reason I say this is that I don't like showering in a puddle of water. The drainage is good here. Anyways, the rooms are a bit small and the WiFi is a bit slow. I still like this place because it's not far from the main city. Also, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from without paying the tourist prices. From Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Chinese, Brazilian and even Mexican. There's even a Hong Kong market around the corner. I noticed a lot of old people are staying here. Lastly, they have an entrance to a garage which was pretty easy to get to.
