Very friendly initial chat, but, in my honest opinion, very little interest in helping without overcharging. Already at the first contact Mr Fritsch started mentioning and recommending full service of my Tissot with ETA C01.211 movement, before even checking what is the problem. Two weeks later comes full service price suggestion of 550eur without any explanation why is it needed or are there any other alternatives. So 50eur gone, for what work or analysis, I have no idea, my best guess is none. I am taking my watch somewhere else and I cannot say I would recommend Mr Fritsch.
P.S. I cannot say anything bad about Mr Fritsch capabilities as a watchmaker, since we never got to that point in my case.
