Bit of a disappointing experience. Not a lot of donuts available which was a surprise on a Saturday afternoon, those that were didn't have great flavour. Missing a lot of the classic Dunkin' selection.
Ordered an iced latte but there were no lids to be found for the plastic cups so was given it in a paper cup, a bit unpleasant having ice come out in every mouthful. The drink itself was not to the usual Dunkin' standards.
For those looking to go here note that you need to go downstairs to find it.

The woman working here has a mood on her face and clearly hates her job. I asked her for a drink that is on the menu and I pointed eight at it, and she just stared blankly at me. She didn't make it. She acted like she'd never even heard of it. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm giving this review one star because of the staff you hired. She shouldn't be working there, I don't know if she is just awkward because she hates people who speak English but if we didn't specifically come for Dunkin donuts we wouldn't have ordered anything simply because her. She was awkward and not accommodating at all. Ordered something else off the menu even though it really wasn't what I wanted at all. Going to Dunkin is a treat for us since we don't have it in Ireland but honestly, the staff working in this store even put us off and killed the vibe. Get new staff and the review would be 5 stars.

The donuts are nice and there is quite some variety, but the staff is very slow and not quite polite. However, it looks clean and luckily there isn't much queue in front.

Amazing sorting of donuts at one place.. you will find as much as possible selections to choose from this outlet and the shop assistant is super friendly and patience ????

Good selection of fresh donuts. They are pretty expensive compared to what I am used to in the U.S., over €2 per piece. The service was OK.
