There’s no option to rate with 0 stars therefore 1 star.

Terrible and horrible experience. My wife had acne on her hand due to the hair follicle’s issue and she had severe pain. She couldn’t even move her hand. Therefore we decided to go to the hospital. We reached the hospital with our 55 days old baby and were done with the registration around 15:00 in the emergency. We were asked to wait in the waiting room and not be attended by anybody until we rushed into the emergency room after waiting for 4 hours.

My wife was then taken to the doctor’s room and asked to wait there. She waited there for more than 1 hour and still nobody showed up!

I was waiting in the waiting area with the baby and he was also feeling uncomfortable and crying. The same doctors and hospital staff passed by us several times and still nobody even asked us what we were doing there or why we were waiting there for so long!!!!

There were other people as well who were waiting for longer hours. An old lady aged around 70 who was already waiting there told us that she’s sitting there for 4 hours. She was called around 2 hrs after we arrived. She waited there for more than 6 hours. Few other people left after waiting for several hours!!!!

My wife was asked to go the next day to clean the wound. The situation in the emergency area was still the same. This time the staff were very rough and their attitude was really unwelcoming!

I mean, we were in the EMERGENCY room of one of the major hospitals in the area and had to wait for 6 hours to see the doctor!

First of all, people don't go to the hospital for fun! They go to the emergency because they have a real emergency. If this is the attitude of the staff in the emergency room, how the rest of the patients are treated!

Horrible experience. ????????????????????????????

I was admitted there in 2019 for my pregnancy. This is a relatively new hospital, very clean and my room had an attached bathroom in the maternity ward (unlike the ones in Rechts der Isar). This hospital does not have a child unit which is why most parents avoid this hospital. I was luckily not concerned about this and therefore I opted for this one. I really liked it, I loved their treatment. I was also happy with the immediate care I got. The kreißhorsaal was absolutely amazing. They were kind and considerate. I would have given it a 5 star but there was an issue that I was really unhappy about. So 2 months after my delivery, my personal gynecologist told me that I still have some parts of placenta left and I must immediately go through a surgery (Du0026C). So naturally I went to Neuperlach hospital. But they refused to do the surgery because according to them there was no placenta left. I took a second opinion at Herlaching and did the surgery and there was indeed placenta left. So despite all the kindness I am upset that the doctors were not good enough to know what was wrong with their patient. This probably is a bigger worry than getting clean and big rooms.

I gave birth here in November. In short, my experience was mixed: less clinical feeling than average and a very nice station for the puerperium, but there are things in need of improvement. Details below.
Rooms: the Lu0026D area was nice and private, although some rooms are a bit small and if you want to move you have to go in the hallway. They use the bigger rooms only for the final phase so you are unable to actively try what position is best for you. I would recommend to promote the use of shoe covers for the people entering with the outside shoes.
Nurses were friendly and helpful, although sometimes they were messing up the vitamins.
Puerperium: It's nice that they check up the babys overnight, so you can have the little one with you during the day, the food was amazing (always choose the bavarian option!) and they tried to pair the double rooms so that patients would be of the same culture or language and therefore be more at ease. The pediatrician was great too!
Actual delivery: They let me be most of the time, and were fast if I needed assistance. The main midwife was a total angel, delicate and respectful when the monitoring was necessary and also very encouraging and reassuring. The second midwife was the complete opposite - she was very harsh in her checkups and I felt treated like a cow before the butcher. My second main complain is the approach to the active phase of labour: the continuous CTG is performed as routine and was extremely uncomfortable and painful (much more than the actual contractions); they refused to remove it upon my request. Additionally they performed the Kristeller Maneuver, and that felt unnecessary and caused me lesions I would otherwise not have had. I understand that research is only now challenging all previous "understandings" of what is better and what not during birth, and it can be very difficult for a doctor to just stand back and observe while not having full control of the situation, however both the CTG and the maneuver have been highly discouraged by multiple midwifery and obstetric associations as they seem more harmful than they are useful. I highly recommend an update in the practice and a more detailed discussion during the registration process, so that a woman knows exactly what she can refuse and what not. I would probably choose the clinic again if I could refuse the CTG in the last phase.

I wish there were a zero star rating. The most terrible customer service and medical service. It is worse than in third world country. Shame on you!

I visited a doctor today who couldn't speak English and she was very rude about it. But I also visited nice competent doctors there
