Nice rooms in general but the cleaning frequency is bad . Dirty shared kitchen and no applied rules at all. There are much better ANA hotels.

This is a very pleasant little hotel. It’s very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite long and narrow and as such all the beds were single, however comfortable and warm enough.

The breakfast was tasty although options were limited compared to bigger hotels.

A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre.

A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box.

The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.

Very polite personal, good breakfast, variety of food. There is night entrance for the guests after 9-10 pm. I am not giving them 5 stars because I prefer to have minibar fridge in the room, but everything else is ok. There is also gym and lounge area with pool tv and soft furniture.

I really did not had a good time on my trip for the following reasons...
Main reason is this hotel! It's really far from the city center, train station and airport. I had to take 2 different train and then cab/bus to get to this hotel from the airport. And to the train station I had to take the bus but even to the bus stop I had to walk like .6 miles.
The rooms are small and the bathroom as well. Had two full beds...but the beds were smaller than that. So very uncomfortable and tiring trip will def reconsider another hotel when I come back to Munich.

Just all right for a short stay. I've been here several times. The rates differ depending on time of the visit (expensive during big events or fairies) but generally quite acceptable. No luxury. Good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Unlimited number of devices in use (!).

1. not sure how this hotel can name itself "Messe" if its technically even outside of Munich.
2. Very loud rooms
3. Better bring your own Toiletries.
4. Residential location so nothing around for tourists
