Having not stayed here for about 5 years after a bad experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements inside this hotel. The food menu is basic, but adequate for a short stay, and the rooms have now been refurbished very nicely. The new gym and sauna are great too. The exterior still needs a facelift to make it more inviting, but I would stay here again.

I can’t remember the last time I wrote a review, but after being yelled at from across the dining room today that I wasn’t allowed to take a piece of fruit from the breakfast buffet I had just paid €25 for, I felt the need. This is on top of being told repeatedly my husband hadn’t added me to his room reservation, even though I heard him make the phone call, and I had the reservation and booking number. She told me that it was impossible for anyone at the hotel to have been notified…. So, I waited in the lobby for three hours, until the next shift arrived and the next girl said yes she had spoken to him. No apology, they charged me €120 to share his room that was already paid for. Then their card reader told me all seven of my cards were declined and refused to believe it was just their card reader. I finally convinced them just to try another one, and it worked… lol I’ve never had such a bizarre and unprofessional experience at a hotel. The room has no air flow or fan, and two twin sized comforters on a queen size bed, no sheet. No shampoo or conditioner only body gel? My husband travels to Munich with his colleagues regularly for work, and I doubt they’ll be receiving their business any longer.

Do not stay and spend your money here.

- Cleanliness is the issue - do I have long curly hair? No, so why they are in the bathroom? Clean socks in the morning get after few stops to and back from bathroom dirty..

- no AC or ventilation

- above the room I stayed is some engine which is loud. It is impossible to sleep calm and nice to be ready and fresh for next day.

First of all this should not be a 4 star hotel.
Rooms are not so clean. There is not even a real wardrobe in the room. Poor lights. Access to the room is not working from first try because they have problems with the doors.

Breakfast is poor and is not representing at all a 4 stars hotel breakfast.

So called “barsnaks” are again too expensive for a sandwich or a pre-cooked pizza.

1 week here is way too expensive and it’s not worth in exchange of the quality you receive.

I’ll never ever get back here!

Check in was somewhat chaotic due to the fact that only one person was available for phone and multiple incoming calls. We had to wait for multiple minutes in check in queue.
The room was great and the breakfast was good.

The Hotel is nice and clean with courteous staff. The rooms were nicely refurbished last winter. I like the location because it is literally across the road from Siemens.

Very nice hotel and rooms but no air conditioning (if that’s important to you). 3 minute walk from Subway stop.
