nice and kind staff, the apartments furnished with great quality materials and the position is really close to the Ubahn.
Room cleaning is a great plus!
I've been here for 7 months and I really loved it.

The room is nice, but I saw cockroachs twice. On the ground floor, right under my room, there is a post station. Every morning at 4-5 a.m. a truck arrives there, workers make a lot of noise while unloading it

I was very happy with my stay at easy street. I was in the smart suite, which includes a kitchenette. This was ideal for social distancing during the quarantine. The suite was clean and the staff was super responsive and friendly - one could sense that they were very motivated to provide good service. Subway and supermarkets are within walking distance.

I've chosen this apartment at random. I lived here for 2 months after relocation to Munich from Canada. I couldn't have felt more comfortable: the place was very clean, the staff extremely helpful. I found there everything I needed for living and working on my business. It is conveniently situated a 5 minute walk from PEP shopping centre where you find everything from groceries to high end fashion, bakeries, fish market, etc. I couldn't recommend it more warmly. It was beyond my expectations.

The arrangement to book and do the check-in is pretty straightforward and easy, via selfservice.
The customer service is available at all times and is really helpful.
Our experience was in an apartment and the stay felt as in a hotel, so totally comfortable and definitely recommend.

Great rooms - great looking, convenient, clean. There was even olive and coffee left for room guests. Free underground parking.
I will stay there each time I visit Munich

Great conditions, all very clean and tidy, a nice living room at the entrance, good location. All perfect!
