Walked in during the pouring rain and immediately knew the food would be worth the walk. Dim lighting, but candles at each table, the food smelled amazing, one patron had an adorable puppers at his feet.

Great food right here in Germany. Give it a try. Everyone loved their dish. We first came here during Oktoberfest 2016 which is when these pictures are from.

Nice vibe and cozy location. Food and drinks were good and affordable. This is where the locals go when they crave italian food.

A great Italian restaurant. Fast and friendly service. A good location, just a few minutes walk from sendlinger tor ubahn.

It was OK, not great. Clearly run by Italians, some of the dishes were not the best— mozzarella and basil salad had no basil and iceberg lettuce. Pushy waiter forced a huge appetizer on us that we didn’t want. The margarita pizza was ok. The pasta dishes were good. The special fish dish was well cooked and presented but flavorless. Overall, a nice (but loud and hot) ambiance and decent food but not top notch Italian cuisine in my opinion (having been to Italy twice).

The restaurant is recommended by Lonely Planet, well I really wonder why. The meals are normal, without being very good. The problem is that the server does not welcome you warmly, it seems to annoy him. This is unacceptable, it is his job! Don't order Spritz, this one is without Prosecco, it's a rip off at that price. Move on, it's a bad restaurant.
