A good position for a place just decent. Our room kept a persistent stench of smoke, across our whole stay. We didn't like so much breakfast as well (e.g. no orange juice).

My husband and I spent two months with the owners and staff of Hotel Exquisite while I was treated for a medical condition.
When I book a hotel I check for rates, quality and location. This time I found one that offers all that and so much more. In the midst of Covid these lovely people made us feel totally at home. The kindness of the owners and staff, the attention to detail was remarkable.
We look forward to coming back in 100% vacation mode!!
Thank you so much for everything, your constant efforts to make us comfortable and welcome made our time memorable.
For the people who posted the one star review complaining about not getting a refund, please read the details of your booking. I know for a fact these people would never scam anyone. Non-refundable gets you a discount price for a reason.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the employees helpful, and there was parking. However, there were a couple things that I didn't enjoy. One is that the parking ramp is very tight and I received no instructions on how to get in or out. The rooms aren't air conditioned, and ours faced a busy street so the ambient noise was very loud. And the hotel bar had something wrong with either their glass washing or their tap lines because the beer tasted off.

A very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is clean, but quite old fashioned. The breakfast was great.
There's an interesting thing in the garage - they have a rope hanging in 10 meters ahead of the gates and you should pull it to open them. We spent few minutes figuring out how to leave the garage.

Amazing and friendly staff. Super comfy hotel on the edge of the old city at a very affordable rate. Decor-wise, it reminds me of my great aunt's house: super luxurious and trendy when it was built 30 years ago. Not that it feels worn or anything: the place is immaculate and incredibly well-cared for. It's just got a homey vibe, what with the dark wood paneling and floral art on the walls.

The hotel is ok and didn’t have any issues during stay. Staff was friendly, good sized room and bathroom, and buffet had good selection. Hotel is located close to town centre and you can walk from Sendlinger Tor to Marienplatz via a series of shopping malls in about 10-15 mins. The underground parking garage is bigger than expected but a little challenging with a full sized car. The decor of the hotel is dated, no air conditioning, could vaguely smell cigarette smoke throughout hotel. Overall hotel served its purpose with the amenities needed during stay.

After 24 hours travelling, we were delighted to be given our room at 10am. The staff were incredibly hospitable and the room was generous and comfortable. Breakfast was included and lovely. A great start to our journey.
