We’ve been waiting here for more than 5hours, no update, rude nurses, whenever we asked them how long we should wait, one of the nurses answered “ Don’t waste my time, just wait!” with such an aggressive tone. I strongly NOT recommend here! You can visit here if you have tremendous time and are a Saint who wouldn’t care about the bad, aggressive manners of the staff here.

Went for an Emergency for my child. We had to wait for almost 3 hours till we could consult a Doctor.There were only one Doctor available at the Emergency. Staff was also not friendly..

The staff’s customer service is nothing exceptional. Just like workers trying to get through the day. The head doctor (that was what the female doctor said when she said their head doctor will speak to us) was callous on how he brushes off one of the doctors. She wanted to offer help but he told her off. He has no courtesy for the people and the patients present. He could use some kindness.

Dr. Viktor zero points, his asistent (the older one) minus 37 points. The other (younger) assistent was really nice and kind. She deserves a better place to work at.

This clinic is awful and we should really find a new person who is capable to change some things!!!

The first time in the emergency room, the lady at the reception and the doctor who treated me were friendly. When I went the second time 4 weeks later because my corneal injury had opened up again, I was advised by my Hausarzt to go there immediately, the lady at the reception (Jxxxxxx) was really unfriendly and kept asking me if I really had pain (3x) And added then that I should be OK if I really have pain to wait for 5 hours. As I have a 3 month old at home, I told her that I needed to check once. I didn't like the way she responded nor spoke thereafter. I understand that there are patients waiting and I would have to wait 5 hours. But being kind and saying it in a kind way goes a long way. Also it would be nice if the staff could believe a patient who has a valid reason to be there and not question symptoms. Left and went to another hospital after that.

Went for a emergency treatment due to eye infection. I had to wait approx 5.5 hours to just see a doctor.

Went without an appointment. Great that they are open 24 hours. Terribly inneficient. Processing steps one after the other with seemingly no real purpose. 5 hour waiting time for very rushed 10 minutes with a doctor. Cold and draughty waiting room. I am still going to have to book an appointment with an eye specialist as I don't feel like they really spent the time to get to the bottom of the problem. Probably better for those who have had an eye accident rather than if you have a sudden problem and are worried about your symptoms being related to an underlying condition more holistically to do with your health. Lovely staff though, can't fault them at all for the way they perform their jobs.
