I went there to undergo a small procedure. Since from the anesthesia briefing, the personnel was friendly and professional, but I was really amazed to see how human the whole staff was. From the surgeon to the cleaning ladies, everyone treated me and my roommate with respect and understood our condition. Thanks for having made a scary experience much lighter.

Appointment with Dr. Maximillian Janssen, and he made my experience comfortable and that i could have complete trust in his medical care. He walked me through the process step by step and explained what they were doing and made sure that I was feeling safe and at ease. I have never had a doctor take the time to guide me through my treatment in a way that i had complete trust in what he was doing and that the outcome was going to be so positive. The day before my operation at Isarklinik Urologie, a very kind women called and made sure that i understand the process leading up to my procedure and walked me though the checkin and preoperative stages and made sure that I felt prepared and that everything was going to go as planned. I would say that Dr. Maximillian Janssen is the best Doctor that i have recieved treatment from, but also the entire staff gave the best service and treatment i have experienced. From the Patients Admission staff, the Anesthesiologist, the Nurses and Aides, cleaning and food staff. They turned the clinic into a safe, pleasant and friendly environment which is not typical for a visit to a hospital for surgery. It was above and beyond what i was expecting. They always had a smile, a desire to make me feel safe and comfortable and did eveything the could to treat me with kindness and professionalism. There are many clinic and hospitals in Munich that could learn alot by visiting and observing the staff at Isarklinik. I highly recommend the Urologie Department for anyone needing treatment.

The doctors and nurses have been, and continue to be, friendly communicative, helpful and generally outstanding - I've no doubt the work beneath my skin was also outstanding. There's been particular efficiency throughout my operation and recovery, and the hospital is spotless and spacious.

The food has been a challenge, feeling hungry most of the time. I'm not familiar with having my veganism described as series of food 'allergies', particularly in 2022. However, again credit to Dr Bader and his team, they seem to be making an effort to address this, and going out of their way to make it work.

As far as private patients are concerned they should get more for their money, however it is overdone,i.e. the release of private patient after a OP in the IMC is shortened because of their status; where as a normal patient is often 1 to 2 days later. Its because of status and what you pay; other then that everything is Excellent. ( But they forget we pay too.)

Not a very good place for foreign patients with average income who do not have a proper insurance. In this clinic they will take a lot of money from you without a proper treatment. Be careful with the invoices they give and check every singe position, in my case they billed us the false treatments. I do not recommend this clinic to foreign patients.

I had 3 appointments with Dr. Dominik Wiendl at the Orthopädie department and an MRT scan in the adjacent Radiology center. Dr. Weindl and his team were very attentive and thorough in their diagnosis of what turned out to be ITB syndrome in my knee. They took time in consulting and explaining the treatment options. When I asked about physiotherapy, Dr. Weindl referred me to Matthias Sing who was able to see me right away and also took great care in doing further examination, outlining my physio options and answering my questions in detail and with great patience.

Very pleased overall!

Very clean, modern, nice rooms. The doctors and nurses were very good and kind.
