We came in late June and really appreciated the service while we were there. Check-in was very helpful sharing additional information and maps of the city. The staff at breakfast the next day were mindful if the line to the buffet area had more than 4 or 5 people. They would check and see if anyone needed a quick item they could get for us, like tea, coffee or sugar so we wouldn't have to wait. We had a great room on the court yard. While there wasn't any air conditioning in our room, there was a large fan to use. We were able to sleep with windows wide open with a fan blowing in to move the air and create some white noise. It was lovely and we both slept great!

There was a big wardrobe with a shelf, a bar for hang up clothes and a safe. An extra shelf underneath the sink would help with toiletries but there were also a couple of small shelves under the TV. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the pillows were great.

The price of the stay was great and it included breakfast which was excellent. We love the location in relation to the public transportation and the historic downtown, it is easy to walk there from the hotel. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel.

It was an OK stay. We had originally booked for Hotel Mueller, but because of Corona we were moved to Carathotel just around the corner. Fine, I can live with that. However, this was NEVER communicated to us until we were actually at the check-in desk. A very questionable procedure that smacks of fraud to me. We were given a very sad looking room. Thankfully the manager downstairs showed some understanding and gave us a much nicer, while still dated room. The breakfast was very basic, again no doubt due to the virus situation. Fine. But in these situations, receptionists need to be ready to go the extra mile and be friendly. Unfortunately almost all receptionists that we met were extremely cold. When a guest says "good morning", have the courtesy to look up from your phone! We did not feel very welcome here.

Outstanding breakfast included with the room- this is probably the standout feature for me.
Room itself comfortable enough. Like most hotels it doesn't have AC- but there were windows to open and a stand fan available.
Location is very convenient for walking, with Sendlinger Tor stop nearby.
Staff are friendly and helpful- very good English skills.

I stayed at an apartment for 10 nights. The stay was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room clean and tidy, if a tad too compact. The beds are quite comfortable. The shower stall can use a ledge for a soap bar (I don't prefer the all-in-one liquid ones!). One of the light bulbs at entrance was missing, which the cleaning staff should have noticed. The breakfast spread is amazing.

One nice touch is free coffee/tea/water at the reception, and complimentary fruit too.

One downside is that if you get an apartment facing the courtyard, people drinking late into the night can get very noisy. Also, and I fail to understand why, like most European 3-star properties, this one does not have air conditioning. They might provide a fan in hot weather, but I am sure it will be anything but comfortable. A HUGE negative in summer time. Luckily for me, my stay in mid-June coincided with wet weather, and it was quite comfy.

Will I stay there again? Absolutely, but not in hot weather.

Overall, good hotel, stuff was friendly, room clean, breakfast very good. The room was quiet, no AC, but we did not need it, they offer a fan instead. Full kitchen, but no pots and pans, probably because of the corona virus. Walking distance to historic center

Great hotel. The breakfast is very good. The location is great with a 5 minute walk to the public transport. Got a single room, it was adequate. The mini bar was complementary and was refilled every night so one can't complain :p. I would definitely stay again, it was a great experience!
