An unassuming pub / restaurant located at basement level serving really good Bavarian food and beer - apple pie dessert was amazing! Waiters were also great despite the language differences. A go-to place in Munich especially when the popular beer halls get overcrowded.

Hidden pub with lotsa local. Stood out being some Asian tourists but the experience there was good. Funny songs, great service! But word of advice, either book beforehand or go early for dinner. We were lucky cos table was available and food served was super fast.

Missed the pork knuckles though!

It's a super nice place where you can taste the german atmosphere. The live songs were great just a little bit loud besides that it's totally worth it to go. The prices are okay for Munich. The beer is 4.30 €.

What a great Bayern experience from the warm welcome to amazing dinner and fantastic live music.... definitely a must when in Munich!

What an amazing time and discovery. We had such a blast, the music was amazing, the food true authentic and I had the best garlic soup ever. We were welcomed immediately and this place has the true Bayern vibe. Highly recommend and take the elevator to the second level and enjoy true gemütlichkeit, grüße aus Kanada. Bo und Ingrid ????

Excellent food and service! The staff knew a bit of English, and were so kind and patient as we ordered. The food was the best we've had in Munich so far, and the environment felt very welcoming.

Really cute and fun german beer underground right near the Mumich market district
We only had beers here but really enjoyed our time and they had a accordion playing on the firday night we visited
Definitely recommend if you are after a German bar with a lively vibe
