My wife and myself had a wonderful experiance. We tried the potato pancakes with sliced salmon, the meat fondue, and the German classic Beef Rouladen. It was a very cute place with white table cloths and traditional German decor. After a long day of travel it was very nice compared to a noisy beer hall. The staff was very nice and fun which added to the experience.

Very nice fondue. Cheese and all kind of meat. Nice salad also and some starters. You need to make reservation. We did go first day and couldn't get it. Next day we called and got it. Reservation only through phone call

Wandered in for a change after several days of Bayerisch food. Had cheese fondue and a bottle of white wine the manager recommended. Thought the food and service was much better than its current rating. Hidden gem as far as I’m concerned.

We went here on our last night in Munich; it was a great decision and left a lasting impression!! The food was AMAZING!!! The house wine was phenomenal and the service was fantastic! We enjoyed the entire experience and would love to transplant this place to the States!!

I really enjoy this place. I've been three times. The food is absolutely delicious and the restaurant has this really nice cosy feel to it, like you've found some little hidden treasure. The service has always been really good: not too snappy and not too slow, so you feel like you're being looked after, but not rushed out of the place. The price is possibly a little on the high side, but I've lived in Melbourne and London, so I don't actually know what a reasonable price for a meal is supposed to be. All in all, love this place and highly recommend it.

I have always had great experiences here. Never been overcharged or treated badly as some reviews suggest. Very cosy like a Christmas grotto, great for couples or groups! Haven't tried the fondue but looks and smells great. Definately memorable! My bf and I came here for our first date and came back for our anniversary :)
